Bio: International fitness competitor Ana Maria Zvinca has managed to achieve top 5 finishes in global IFBB and NAC fitness contests with her ripped to perfection body and sultry good looks. She was an athletic girl, excelling in many sports, including martial arts, skating, dancing and aerobics. She even turned her hand to a little movie stunt work. She graduated from the Sports Institute as a gymnastics trainer in 1999 and her job has provided the excuse for some heavy duty training for her competitive career. She first began weight training seriously in 1995 and has kept a pretty strict daily fitness routine ever since. Ana wakes up every morning around 7.30am and begins her day with a brief jogging session. Fresh and energized she then sits down to usually the same healthy breakfast every morning, consisting of oatmeal with skim yogurt, some fruits, and sometimes boiled eggwhites. She's then off to the gym where she works, teaching three or four gymnastic aerobic classes per day. "After I feel like a squeezed lemon, but I need to have my own training, which lasts about one and a half hours (heavy-weights, flexibility, fitness elements, etc)," Ana explains. She thinks lunch is the most important meal of the day and usually takes it around 2pm, favouring beef or chicken, boiled or roasted, salads, bean, rice, soy, broccoli, vegetables, and even a glass of white wine to make it all the more tasty. After lunch it's back to teaching her other aerobics classes - Tae-Bo, step-aerobics and more - then finishes her day with her own high intensity running training. All that working out means Ana is able to pump some serious weight numbers. She can squat 264lbs, deadlift 240lbs and she bench presses over 175lbs. Now Ana has launched her own website to let fans get more intimately acquainted with her life and awesome body.
